PACHA-MAMA (COLOMBIA): Rum Agricole, aguardiente, tarragon, lemongrass, green curry leaf, pineapple, lime, kaffir lime leaf, agave, goat’s milk.
CREMA CATALANA (ESPAÑA): Aged rum, Cardenal Mendoza Angelus, amontillado & PX sherry, cinnamon syrup, citrus zest, cream, egg.
GOLDEN TEA (INDIA): Johnnie Walker Gold Label, turmeric, vanilla, coconut and lime cordial, fuji apple, golden apple, honey, spices, black peppercorn.
TEQUILA CRUDA (MÉXICO): Tequila blanco, Cointreau, clarified lime juice, agave, and saline solution.
BRAZO GITANO: Puerto Rican white rum, honey, mascarpone, guava, macadamia nut milk, Tajin air, lime jelly, lemon, CO₂.
MEZCLITA: Vodka, “jamonilla” fat wash, mezcal, Gouda & Gruyère, dry vermouth, rosemary, piquillo pepper oil, balsamic vinegar reduction.
CAFÉ CON GALLETAS (LA GRECA): Ron del Barrilito 2 Star, Mutiny “Puerto Rican Coffee” vodka, brown butter, cold brew concentrate, Licor 43, Averna amaro, cacao, nitrogen.
BESITO DE COCO: Scotch whisky, single malt, coconut oil, vanilla liqueur, toasted coconut, coconut water, mint oleo, acid solution, CO₂.
