Front-of-House

Join our restaurant and bar serving team!
Server

Create welcoming, attentive dining experiences from the first greeting through the final course. Servers guide guests through Azul’s menus, offer thoughtful recommendations, accurately manage orders and deliver polished service throughout the evening.

Bartender

Bring Azul’s beverage program to life through expertly prepared cocktails, engaging service and precise execution. Bartenders take orders, prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, process payments and maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar while serving every guest responsibly.

Barback

Keep the bar moving with speed, organization and attention to detail. Barbacks support the bartending team by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, preparing garnishes and maintaining an efficient workspace throughout service. This role may also assist with guest service, food delivery and opening or closing duties.

Busser

Help create a seamless dining experience by keeping the restaurant polished, organized and ready for every guest. Bussers clear and reset tables, remove used tableware and support the service team with food delivery, beverage refills and additional dining room needs.

Food Runner

Connect the kitchen and dining room by delivering each dish accurately, efficiently and with care. Food runners verify orders at the expediting station, deliver food and beverages to the correct tables and support the service team with clearing, resetting and maintaining the dining area.

Host

Set the tone for every Azul experience with a warm welcome and confident attention to detail. Hosts greet and seat guests, manage reservations and dining room flow, and help ensure smooth service throughout the evening. This position may also assist with food and beverage orders as needed.

Cook

Transform exceptional ingredients into thoughtfully executed dishes. Cooks prepare ingredients, follow recipes and uphold Azul’s culinary standards while maintaining an organized workspace and following all food safety and sanitation practices.

Pastry Cook

Create refined desserts and pastries that bring each dining experience to a memorable close. The pastry team prepares, bakes and decorates a range of offerings, contributes to new menu creations, manages ingredients and maintains a clean, organized and safe workspace. Depending on experience, this role may also oversee pastry staff and equipment maintenance.

Dishwasher

Support the rhythm of the kitchen by keeping dishes, glassware, utensils and work areas clean, sanitized and ready for service. Dishwashers operate cleaning equipment, organize and store kitchenware, and may assist with waste removal, dining room support and basic food preparation.

Maintenance

Help preserve the appearance, comfort and performance of every Azul space. Maintenance team members conduct routine inspections, complete minor repairs and coordinate larger projects with outside contractors. Responsibilities may also include general facility upkeep and managing maintenance supplies and equipment.
