Executive Chef Whitney Thomas brings more than 18 years of culinary leadership and a bold, globally influenced perspective to Azul. A final four contestant on Hell’s Kitchen and competitor on Beat Bobby Flay, she leads the kitchen with creativity and precision. Her seasonal, chef-driven menus transform exceptional ingredients into elevated dining experiences that reflect culture, craft and the vibrant spirit of Puerto Rico.

With more than 16 years of experience at celebrated Puerto Rico restaurants, Jesús Bonilla Cepeda brings technical expertise, imagination and genuine hospitality to Azul’s beverage program. Drawing on advanced techniques such as infusions, fat-washing and redistillation, he creates expressive cocktails with depth and a distinctive sense of place. Each drink is thoughtfully composed to complement the cuisine and carry guests effortlessly into the energy of the evening.
